Who builds it?
01Finding a developer you can actually trust is difficult — especially when you don't know enough about development to know whether you're getting ripped off.
No coding required. No hiring a random developer. No figuring it out alone.
Work directly with me — a software founder — to shape your idea, build the first version, and find your first customers.
Founder-led guidance across product, development, branding, launch, and customer acquisition.
I take on a small number of projects at a time, and every application gets a personal review.

“Most people don't have an idea problem. They have an execution problem.”
You already have the idea.
The problem is everything that comes after it.
Finding a developer you can actually trust is difficult — especially when you don't know enough about development to know whether you're getting ripped off.
Trying to launch every feature at once wastes money and delays getting real users.
A great product with bad positioning can still fail.
Building software is only half the equation. Someone still has to use it.
That's exactly why this exists.
You don't need 47 modules.
You don't need another Discord server.
You don't need six months of YouTube tutorials.
You don't need to become a software engineer.
You Need Execution.
Instead of teaching you how to assemble an entire software company yourself, we give selected founders access to the infrastructure and experience needed to actually execute.
Bring us the concept. We'll break down what you're trying to create, who it's for, and the problem it solves.
Before wasting money building unnecessary features, we determine the strongest version of the offer and define the MVP.
Work with our development resources to turn the concept into functioning software.
Develop the positioning, product presentation, landing experience, and overall identity.
Prepare the product, onboarding, pricing, funnel, and launch strategy.
Build a strategy for getting real people into the product through paid acquisition, creators, organic content, funnels, or other appropriate channels.

I'm a software founder, entrepreneur, and marketer.
I've spent my time learning both sides of building an online company: creating the product and getting people to buy it.
My experience includes building and operating software products, developing online businesses, running marketing systems, working with developers, paid acquisition, creator-driven distribution, and building conversion-focused funnels.
One of the biggest things I've learned is that ideas are rarely the hardest part. Execution is.
There are thousands of people sitting on software ideas because they don't know who to hire, what to build, how much it should cost, or what they're supposed to do once the product is finished.
I wanted to create the resource I would've wanted: one place where you can bring the idea and get help turning it into something real.
Software product and SaaS operating experience.
E-commerce, operations, and customer acquisition experience.
Paid acquisition, funnels, and creator distribution.
Real screenshots, customer messages, and campaign results — added here as they are verified. Nothing on this page is simulated.
Define the customer, problem, business model, pricing, and MVP.
Determine exactly what should and shouldn't be included in version one.
Access to trusted development resources to turn the approved product scope into functioning software.
Create an experience that actually feels like a legitimate software company.
Naming direction, messaging, offer positioning, and presentation.
Help planning the required authentication, subscriptions, dashboards, payment infrastructure, and core systems where applicable.
Build the strategy behind the landing page, onboarding, offer, and conversion flow.
Determine the most appropriate acquisition strategy: paid advertising, organic content, creators, partnerships, funnels, or a combination.
Direct strategic guidance from Mason throughout the process.
“What do you want us to build?”
“What should we build so people actually want it?”
Development is only one piece.
The goal isn't simply to hand you some code.
The goal is to help you leave with a legitimate product and a strategy for turning it into a business.
Tell us what you want to build. We'll review the idea, determine whether we're a good fit, and if accepted, we'll map out the next steps.
No. That's one of the main reasons this program exists.
Not necessarily. Every project is reviewed for complexity, feasibility, scope, and fit before acceptance.
Every product has different requirements. Pricing is determined after reviewing the idea, required functionality, timeline, and development scope.
It depends on the product. The goal is generally to define the smallest high-quality MVP that can be launched and validated rather than spending months building unnecessary features.
No. Nobody can legitimately guarantee that. We help with execution, product strategy, development, positioning, and launch strategy, but business outcomes depend on numerous factors.
Not by default. Standard projects are service-based engagements unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
Depending on the project, additional development, optimization, marketing, and growth services may be available.
Someone is eventually going to build the product you've been thinking about.
It might as well be you.
Applications are reviewed individually.
