Submitting an application does not create an engagement. Every application is reviewed for complexity, feasibility, scope, and fit, and acceptance is at our discretion.

Pricing, deliverables, and timelines are defined in a separate written agreement after review. Standard projects are service-based engagements; no equity is taken by default.

No business outcome, revenue, or result is guaranteed. Product success depends on many factors outside of development, including market conditions and your own execution.

All information shared during review is treated as confidential and used only to evaluate and, if accepted, deliver the project.
